Central Ethiopia Regional State Kebena Special Werda Health Office would like to build Comprehensive Health Post Qatbare Kebele. So: -

•         The office invites all eligible Contractors of category GC 5 or BC 4 & above who would financial and technically capable to furnish the necessary labor, material and equipment to undertake the above mention construction.

•         Interested bidder should have.

▪  VAT Registration Certificate

▪  Tin number (Tin Number)

▪  Trade license renewed for 2018 E.C

▪  Certificate from ministry of construction renewed for 2018 E.C

▪  Tax Clearance from concerned body.

•         A complete set of building documents can be purchased from the 1st date at which the tender notice is issued on newspaper up to 21th day from kebena special werda finance office up on payment of non-refundable free 1000 (One Thousand Birr) Eth. Birr for each document.

•         Bidder with poor efficiency in Kebena Special wereda can't complete for bid. (Will be automatically rejected)

•         Bidders should provide their bidding document:

▪  The original and two copies of the technical document shall be in separate sealed envlopes and marked as "Original technical Document" and "Copies of technical document" respectively and both original and copies including bid security shall be in sealed envelope. CPO attached with original technical document.

▪  The Original and two copies of the financial document shall be in separate sealed envelopes and marked as "original financial document" and "copies of financial document" respectively and both original and copies shall be in sealed envelope.

Both technical and financial documents shall be inside mother sealed envelope should be submitted to kebena special finance office before 8:00 pm up to 21th day. Late bids will be rejected. Bids opened in the same day at 8:30 pm in the presence of the bidder's representatives. If the issued date is not a working day or holyday it will be on the next working day.
