Oromia Transport Agency (OTA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of "Transport Controller Reflective Sederia "Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 500.00 ETB (Five Hundred Birr) the method of payment will be Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Acc. No.1000007343314 Or Sinke Bank Acc. No. 1048017971225 at Oromia Transport Agency.
2. Bidders must summit Valid Trade License Renewed for 2018 E.C, Tax Clearance Certificate, Suppliers list and Vat Registration Certificate.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before March, 29/2018 E.C at 4:00 Local Time late bids will be rejected.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at March, 29/2018 E.C at 4:30 Local Time.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 60,000 ETB (Sixty Thousand Birr) Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
6. The Bidder shall enclose the Original and each Copy of the Technical and Financial documents. The envelopes containing the Original and the Copy shall then be enclosed in one single envelope.
7. The Oramia Transport Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
