Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and licensed suppliers for the supply and delivery of the following medical equipment through a national open tender

INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and licensed suppliers for the supply and delivery of the following medical equipment through a national open tender:

1)    Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must submit the following mandatory legal and technical documents to qualify for evaluation:

▪  Copy of a valid and renewed Trade License for the current Ethiopian fiscal year.

▪  Copy of Certificate of Registration, TIN, VAT Registration

▪  Certificate and a valid EFDA Certificate.

▪  Copy of a renewed Tax Clearance Certificate valid for the current fiscal year.

▪  Bid Security: Should be equivalent to 2% of the total bid price, in the form of CPO only, and valid for a minimum period of 90 calendar days from the bid submission deadline.

▪  Documents demonstrate full compliance with the technical specifications stated in the tender document.

2)    Collection of Tender Documents:

▪  Availability: Bidders can obtain the tender document starting from March 19, 2026, during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:00AM, - 4:00 PM (East Africa Time).

▪  Document Fee: A non-refundable fee of ETB 600.00 (Six Hundred Ethiopian Birr) is required, payable in cash at the GNE Finance Unit.

▪  Location: GNE Head Office, Ahmed Business Center, 5h Floor,

▪  Lideta Sub-City(At the back of Balcha Hospital, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

3)    Bid Submission and Opening

▪  Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes (Technical: original and copy; Financial: original and copy) and clearly marked.

▪  Submission Deadline: Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope no later than March 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

▪  Submission Venue: Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Melkam Children Center (Commonly know as Korean School), located behind St. Lideta Orthodox Church. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

▪  Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on March 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Melkam Children Center, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

▪  Note: Late or electronic (email) submissions will be rejected without exception.

4)    Terms and Conditions

▪  Bidders are required to review the tender documents strictly; non- compliance with any stated condition will result in automatic disqualification.

▪  Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of the bid, at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.
