INVITATION FOR BID SOUTH OMO ZONE

Bena Tsemay Woreda-Health Office Construction of Dry Pit Latrine by One Wash project

1.       SERS South omo zone Bena Tsemay woreda Health Office here by invites wax sealed bids. From qualified and eligible bidders of GC or BC licensed in construction for the construction of Dry Pit Latrine.

2.       Bidders should present a business license valid for the 2018 E.C and registration certificate for VAT.

3.       Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 500.00 /Five Hundred Birr/ for purchase construction of Dry pit Latrine project document from the Benatsemay Woreda Finance and plan office

4.       The bidders should fulfill all the technical evaluation and qualification criteria that are attached with bid document.

5.       Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after bid opening.

6.       Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of Alte argude Kebele Construction of Dry pit Latrine project Eth. Birr 20,000 birr/ Twenty Thousand Birr/ of the total bid amount in an acceptable form of (CPO) and shall remain valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening.

7.       The bid shall be submitted on 21th calendar day from the announcement, if the 21th calendar day lies on Ethiopian holiday, the last date to bid submission will be the next working day at 3:30-5:30 local time in the morning at Finance and Plan office, key Afer.

8.       Each bid will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives at the last date of bid submission, at 8:30 local time afternoon at Benatsemay woreda Finance and plan office.

9.       The department reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
