PATH Ethiopia, a global nonprofit organization which is dedicated to achieving health advancement, invites interested qualified firms and service provider for an architectural design (floor plan and modelling) of its new office.

1.       All firms who are qualified to provide an architectural design (floor plan and modelling) of its new offices in Ethiopia. The space, with an area of approximately 456 m2, is in at Eagle Plaza Building 7th floor, Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub City, Woreda 05, House No. 555. The qualified firms can obtain a complete set of RFP documents from PATH Ethiopia Country Program Office and also carry out site assessment starting from the first date of this announcement March 16th, 2026, between 8:00AM - 5:00 PM office hours from Monday to Friday or request from the email address and office location below.

2.       Scope of Work:

The project includes but is not limited to:

Phase 1 - Design and Floor Plans:

▪  Draft floor plan, with up to three revisions based on PATH's requirements and feedback. This plan should include a model of the furniture to allow the scale to be visualized and space measurements to be taken.

▪  Final floor plan in PDF format and dwg with the dimensions of the rooms clearly indicated, which can be provided to partitioning vendors for quotations and installation.

▪  Draft and final electrical plan in pdf and .dwg which can be provided to the landlord for electrical works as needed.

▪  3D presentation of the floor plan -

▪  Electrical and low-voltage wiring, Network design with HVAC system plans based on PATH's final floor plan and specifications. A preliminary plan will first be provided to PATH for their feedback, and then the final plan will be developed based on that feedback.

▪  Furniture layout plan to meet PATH's requirements with recommended sizes for desks, conference room tables, and other key furniture pieces.

▪  Design plan for the office including recommended paint colors, use of brand in key areas, and other design elements for PATH to consider creating an office space that reflects PATH's culture and brand in 3D

▪  Prepared Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

3.       Requirements:

Interested firms are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the specifications provided and with.

▪  Company profile and qualifications.

▪  Portfolio showcasing relevant interior design projects.

▪  Proposed approach and methodology for the project.

▪  The proposal must contain the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the company with the address.

▪  Financial and technical offers shall be submitted in separate envelopes.

▪  Estimated timeline and project schedule.

▪  Price/Payment structure (All prices shall be inclusive of all taxes).

▪  Attach a valid TIN, VAT certificates, and renewed business license.

▪  Arrange your time during business hours to visit the site and discuss with the team concerned for details, until one day before the deadline.

4.       Evaluation Criteria:

▪  Indicated on the request for an architectural design.
