INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID

FOR THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF LOBBY AND MEZZANINE FLOOR INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT AT HEAD QUARTER BUILDING Bid Ref. No NIB /58/2025/26

1.       Nib International Bank invites qualified and experienced interior design firms or consultants to submit their proposals for the provision of professional interior design services for the Main Entrance of Lobby & Mezzanine Floor through Request for Proposals (RFP).

2.       The project involves and implement an interior design upgrade of the main entrance of the NIB'S Headquarters Building to create a more welcoming, functional, and visually distinctive arrival experience that reflects the Bank's brand identity and reinforces the building's iconic character as well as to prepare a well-furnished office at a mezzanine floor which is to be typically designed to serve high-value or priority client(such as High net worth individuals (HNIS), corporate clients, or premium retail customers

3.       Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RFP tendering procedure contained in the procurement manual of the Bank.

4.       A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00(Birr Two Hundred) starting from March 10, 2026 during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:00 A.M-12:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. and Saturday: 8:00 A.M-12:00 A.M. from the address mentioned below.

6.       For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed Trade license, (Valid business license and registration documents) certificate of registration, Tax payer registration certificate, Value added tax certificate and tax clearance certificate.

7.       Bid proposal must be sealed and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose during office hours at the address mentioned under number 6 before the bid closing time and date.

8.       Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 200,000.00 (Birr Two Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.

9.       This bid will be closed on March 31, 2026 at 3:15 P.M. in the afternoon and will be opened on the same date March 31, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend at the address mentioned under serial number 6.

10.   Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.

11.   The bank reserves the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
