The Ethiopian Business Advisory Service Providers Association (EBASPA) seeks a consultant to assess the Business Development Advisory Services ecosystem in Ethiopia.

Call for Consultancy Service

The Ethiopian Business Advisory Service Providers Association (EBASPA) is an association registered with FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organization and granted legal personality with Registry Number 6441 on 22nd of September 2022. It operates as a local organization in accordance with the Civil Society Organization Proclamation No. 1113/2019.

EBASPA's core mandate includes advocating for an enabling policy and regulatory framework, improving the professional status and capacity of business advisors, enhancing the visibility and accessibility of quality Business Development Advisory Services, and fostering a competitive and sustainable BDS market ecosystem. To advance this mandate, EBASPA, with financial support from SNV Ethiopia plans to undertake a comprehensive assessment of the Business Development Advisory Services ecosystem in Ethiopia. The study will generate evidence-based insights on the supply and demand of BDS, the regulatory and policy environment, service standards and certification, ethical frameworks, data availability, and SMEs perceptions and utilization of formal advisory services across key economic sectors.

The conditions of the bids are the following:

1.       Interested bidder can collect the detailed BID document from EBASPA office located at Debrework Tower, 11th Floor, Mexico Square in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia OR can send us its expression at info@ebaspa.org to get the BID document of the assignment.

2.       Bidders should physically (i.e. in person) submit their Technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed and stamped envelopes.

3.       Bidders must present a renewed Trade License and Tax Payer Identification (TIN) Certificate.

4.       Bids shall be submitted within 7 working days from the date of this announcement posted on this newspaper at EBASPA's physical address indicated hereunder.

5.       All other information pertinent to this announcement is found in the BID document, which bidders should strictly follow.

6.       EBASPA shall reserve the right to cancel all or part of this BID.
