Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Health has invited sealed bids comprising Technical and Financial Proposal from Eligible Bidders for pro- viding all the necessary labor material and equipment for the construction to project listed above.

Invitation to Bid

To All contractors of Category G.C-7 and above with licenses valid for the year (2018 E.C) and who can present renewed Trade licenses and Tax Clearance Certificates for the Construction of Health Post below.

1.       Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Health has invited sealed bids comprising Technical and Financial Proposal from Eligible Bidders for pro- viding all the necessary labor material and equipment for the construction to project listed above.

2.       Both the pre-qualification(Technical) and Non Priced (Financial) bid document may be obtained by any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Health Procurement and finance work Directorate up on payment of nonrefundable 500 birr.

3.       Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in CPO or unconditional bank Guarantee of an amount 1% of bid price but not more than 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand Birr and must clearly state the name of the project for which the bidder is is bidding and employer. The bid bond Te shall remain in forces for 90 Calendar days from the bid opening date and valid for extra 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. The bid bond shall be presented in separate envelop. the successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the sum of 10% in the form of unconditional bank guarantee the gross bid sum within 10 days from date of issuance of letter of acceptance.

4.       Both the pre-qualification and Priced bid document shall be in separate envelopes and properly sealed (One Original and Copy).

5.       The Bid will be two stage evaluation Technical evaluation first and financial least bidder will be awarded from responsive bidder;

6.       Sealed pre-qualification and priced bid document shall be submitted to Am- hara National Regional State Bureau of Health Procurement and Finance Directorate on the 15" day of the advertisement at 10:00AM and shall be publicly open on the same day at 10:30 AM.

7.       ከዚህ በፊት የጤና ተቋም ግንባታ በማንኛውም ቦታ ያቋረጠ መወዳደር አይችልም (Contractors who have failed to complete Health Facility construction works in any region are disqualified from bidding)

9.       The successful bidder will be required to furnish Unconditional bank Guarantee equivalent with the amount of the advance payment.

10.   ANRS Bureau of Health reserves the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons therefore and to waive information and irregularities, which do not constitute a material modification in the bids received.
