1.     Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP) has budget to be used for the procurement of kotobe head office clinic & training center fence construction through National competitive bidding (NCB).

2.     Ethiopian Electric Power now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of kotobe head office clinic & training center fence construction.

3.     Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Electric Power and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM., Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. 4.     A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders to the above work and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 (one thousand birr only) from the Ethiopian Electric Power. The method of payment shall be in cash or cashier's check or through telegraphic transfer to EEP Transmission Construction A/C No.1000252665203. Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE). Arada Georges Branch, starting from 11th March. 2026.

5.     Bids must be delivered before the closing date & time to the above mentioned address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee as mentioned below.

6.     Bid proposals shall comprise One Original and one Copies of separately sealed technical (Qualification) and financial Proposals by clearly mentioned on the tender document should be presented to the above mentioned address on or before 2:00 PM. Local time (Addis Ababa) on 30 march 2026 GC

7.     All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security birr 120,000.00 (one hundred twenty thousand Birr Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

8.     Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or bidder's representatives who choose to attend on 30 march 2026 at 2:30PM Local time (Addis Ababa).

9.     The Ethiopian Electric Power reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
