1.       Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for the Procurement of Supply and Installation of 3 Pieces of Digital Signage Display for DBE Head Office, North East Addis Ababa and Southwest Addis Ababa Districts.

2.       Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

i.                     Renewed Trade License

ii.                   TIN Certificate

iii.                 Tax clearance certificate

iv.                 VAT Registration Certificate

v.                   Supplier Registration Certificate

3.       Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from March 03, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 (Birr One Hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, ground floor and collect the bid document in soft copy from Procurement Directorate located at Former Sugar Corporation Head Office, Kiamed Building 1st floor.

4.       Bidders must furnished a bid security of birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand only) in the form of C.P.O or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.

5.       Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before March 12, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office, Procurement Directorate Located at Kiamed Building, 1st floor.

6.       Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on March 12, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

7.       Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office, Procurement Directorate, located at kiamed Building, 1st floor, Tel. +2511 1524 4090.

8.       Bidders should present Original and Copy of Technical and financial Proposal separately in sealed envelope.

9.       The language of the tender is English.

10.   DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
