JARRA Holdings Sh. Co. invites Contractors those are eligible and qualified bidders which fulfill the following requirements, to submit sealed bids for Sebeta Warehouse construction of Remaining Parts located at Sheger city, Sebeta Sub City, Sebeta town.

Interested Contractors of category GC 5/BC 4 & above who have valid license for the current year 2018 E.C. can obtain a complete set of bidding document from head office of JARRA Holdings Sh. Co. located in Addis Ababa, starting from the first date this notice posted in the newspaper up on submission of a written application & payment of non-returned fee of Birr 600.00 (Birr Six hundred only).

1.       The Contractor shall present: Its tax clearance from federal/Oromia/other respected Revenue Bureau Valid for at least at bid submission date and VAT registration certificate and all other legal documents. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedure Specified in the bidding documents and is open to all eligible bidders. A detail qualification criterion is stated in the bidding documents.

2.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office the address stated below from 3:00 to 6:00 am and 8:00 to 11:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 to 6:00 am, 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Friday and 3:00 to 6:00 am local time on Saturday.

3.       Submission and opening of the bid will be at the office the address stated below.

a)       The deadline of bid submission & bid opening (both Technical and financial offers) will be on the 16th working day at 4:00 am & 4:30 am local time respectively, from which it is posted in newspaper (the day of posted is included). Late bid shall be rejected.

Working days are: From Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

b)      The bidders shall submit one "Original" and "One Copy" of technical and financial documents that shall be produced in such a way that the original one copy to be wax sealed in one envelope for technical and financial separately.

It should also be labeled as 'one original and one copy' and all to be placed in one outer large mother envelope. The bid security must be wax sealed separately marked "Bid security" and must be put in the envelope of the original technical documents. Every envelope should be wax sealed. Signed and stamped by the bidder properly and separately.

c)       All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 300,000.00 birr in the form of CPO only.

4.       The construction of the work shall be completed within the maximum of 60 calendar days from the commencement date of the work.

5.       The office has the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
