Re-Invitation to BID for Procurement of School Information Management System (SIMS)

Cordova Academy Share Company hereby invites all eligible, competent, and authorized IT or related firms to submit sealed bids for the Supply, Installation, Customization, Training, Maintenance, and Updating of a School Information Management System (SIMS). The procurement will be conducted in a single-stage process. where only the Financial Proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened and evaluated. Financial negotiations will be carried out based on the estimated budget allocated for the assignment.

1.       Objective of The Assignment:

The selected consulting firm will assess the current operational environment of Cordova Academy S. Co., review organizational performance, and develop a comprehensive SIMS and digitally transform and ensure efficient management of academic, administrative, financial, and student-related operations.

2.       Bid Requirements. Interested bidders must meet the following minimum criteria:

•         Be a legally registered consulting firm with at least Three (3) years of proven experience in Soft Ware Designing, School Management Consulting, or System Development.

•         Demonstrate prior experience in conducting similar assignments, preferably in the education sector.

•         Provide client testimonials, reference letters, or other documented evidence of successfully completed comparable Systems and System Management projects.

•         Possess adequate technical and professional capacity to undertake the assignment.

3.       Bid Submission Guidelines

•         Bidders can BUY the BID Document Paying non- refundable 400 Et. birr containing Terms of Reference (TOR) and detailed requirements from Cordova Academy's office starting from Thursday, March 5/2026 during working hours.

•         Technical and Financial proposals must be placed in separate sealed envelopes and submitted in one outer envelope.All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to Cordova Academy Share Company at the address below.

4.       Evaluation Process

•         The evaluation will be conducted in one stage.

•         Only the Technical Proposals will be opened during the first evaluation phase.

•         Only firms that meet the technical qualification criteria will have their Financial Proposals opened.

•         Financial evaluation and negotiation will be conducted based on the Company's allocated budget for the assignment.

5.       Deadline for Submission and the Address

Interested and eligible Consulting Firms should submit their sealed proposals on local working hours to: Cordova Academy S.Co. The BID will be closed on Wednesday April 01/2026 OR Megabit 23/2018 at 10:00 AM OR 4:00 o'clock local time AND Opened 10:30AM/4:30 local time on the same date mentioned. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Cordova Academy Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions without assigning any reason. Only bidders who pass the technical evaluation will proceed to financial evaluation.
