1.       Awash Bank S.C. invites technically competent and commercially competitive bidders to submit proposals for the supply and implementation of an Enterprise Private Cloud Platform and related services.

2.       The Bank, therefore, invites technically competent and commercially competitive proposals from bidders for the supply and implementation of the Enterprise Private Cloud Platform and related services listed below.

3.       Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.

4.       A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank at Awash Bank HQ 12th Floor upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK, ANY BRANCH, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00PM- 4:30PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) starting from February 23, 2026 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration, Certificate.

5.       The bids must be accompanied by a bid Bond amount of: Birr 1,000,000 (One Million) for local bidders and equivalent amount USD 7,000 (Seven thousand) for Foreign bidders for LOT-1 and Birr 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) for local bidders and equivalent amount USD 4,000 (Four thousand) for foreign bidders for LOT-2 from primary bidders for each LOTS in the form of Bank Guarantee or Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) in favor of Awash Bank S.C. from a) Citibank N.A. New York, b) Citi Bank N.A. London, c) Commercial Bank A.G. d) Deutsche Bank A.G., e) National Westminster Bank, f) ING Bank Amsterdam, g) any other AAA bank acceptable to Awash Bank S.C.) any local Bank acceptable to Awash Bank S.C. The bank guarantee issued by any schedule Bank must be counter guaranteed by the local Bank.

6.       Last Due date for receipt of queries through Letter or E-mail, from the bidder/ recipients of the tender documents on or before March 15, 2026

7.       The Bank Release clarifications (if any) on or before March 19, 2026

8.       Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before March 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM for both LOTS on the above mentioned address.

9.       Technical Bid opening shall be held at the office of Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate, on the above mentioned address in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on:

•         On March 24, 2026 at 2:30 PM for LOT-1

•         On March 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM for LOT-2 at the above mentioned address.

11.   Failure to comply any of the conditions from item 2 to 8 above shall entail automatic rejection.

12.   The bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
