Invitation for Bid Reference. No 001/2018

Audit Services Corporation invites to all interested & eligible bidders for the following items: -

1. 16 (Sixteen) Laptop Computers 2. One desk top Computer

A complete set of bidding document can be obtained from the Corporation during office hours from 2:30 A.M to 6:30 A.M local time in the morning and from 7:30 PM to 11:00 P.M local time in the afternoon (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100/One hundred/.

Bidders are required to fulfill the following documents;

1.       Bidders should have valid, renewed trade and registration license for the current year,

2.       Bidders should have VAT and TIN certificate,

3.       Bidders should present valid and renewed tax clearance certificate,

4.       Bids should be delivered in sealed envelope to the address given below within 10 (Ten) working days since the issuance of this announcement,

5.       All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,000 /fifty thousand/ only in the form of CPO.

6.       Bidders should submit one original and two copies of technical and financial proposal documents in separate sealed envelopes, duly marking the envelopes "Original and Copy". All technical and financial documents with the bid security will be presented in one big envelope duly marking the envelope as "Bid Proposal."

7.       Only those bidders/ contenders who will achieve 70% (Seventy out of a hundred) and above in technical evaluation will be retained for the financial evaluation and final competition stage.

8.       Technical evaluation will have 70% (seventy out of a hundred) and financial evaluation will have 30% (thirty out of a hundred) weighting points out of the total 100% (a hundred percent).

9.       Bid closing date shall be on the 11th working day of this announcement at 4:00 A.M and opened on the same day at 5:00 A.M. at local time (in the morning) in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. If the bid opening date is Holliday, opening date will be next working day.

10.   The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid. Further information could be obtained from the Audit Service Corporation.
