Techno Serve Ethiopia Coffee projects are procuring high quality farming tools to incentivize stumping adoption among farmers.
The amount projected being 5538 farming tools (Hoe/Zappa. Shovel. 3-finger hoe] for the Regrow Yirga Project for 2025C. and 5460 forming tools (Saw handle + blade. Shovel, pruning Shears) for CREW Project, 3360 for 2024C and 2100 for 2025C.

1. PROCUREMENT PROCESS
4.1. VENDOR SELECTION
Suppliers will be selected based on the selection criteria shared below.
Quality (40%): Should meet the requirements mentioned above
Price (30%): Price shall be reasonable and acceptable, considering the current market
Timeline (20%): March 26, 2026
Delivery (10%): Delivering directly at Dilla and Aleta Wondo
4.2. EVALUATION PROCESS
Proposals will be evaluated based on the above criteria to ensure transparency and fairness.
Bidders who meet the requirements will be shortlisted for further consideration.
Final selection will prioritize the vendor that is both technically compliant (Sample review) and offers the best value for money.
