2. Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must provide the following documentation to be considered:
▪ Valid Business License and Tax Registration Certificate.
▪ Proven Experience in supplying similar PPE or industrial goods (at least 2-3 references).
▪ Sample Products: Physical samples may be requested during the technical evaluation phase.
▪ Delivery Timeline: Ability to deliver within 5 days of receiving the Purchase Order.
3. Submission Details
Interested parties must submit their financial and technical proposals in separate sealed envelopes.
