The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of Food system resilience program /FSRP/ and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

1.       The Amhara Regional state cooperative commission now invites eligible bidders GC Grade 5 /Five/, BC grade 4 four/ and above for the Construction of Ware house two Ware house for Union listed Below.

2.       2 Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/ RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.

3.       Bidders should be Technical Evaluated with their Technical specification attached bidder’s technical proposal document Against Technical Evaluation Criteria of biding Document

4.       Bids shall be valid for period of 120 days, days after bid opening date.

5.       One Bidder Participate Only 1 (One) lot on their Owen Choice Describe above and Those contractors’ that won the announced bid in all project supported by Food system resilience program /FSRP/ cannot be participated in this bid but contractors that have 80 percent and above progressed project can take part in this bid.

6.       Bids security should be submitted in the form of Unconditional Bank- Guarantee or CPO.

7.       Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses which are renewed for the year 2018 E.C. The following document &/ Renewed license, VAT Registration Certificate & Tax payer Identification Number TIN, tax clearance and the bidder must also attach whether they are register in the FPPA's supplier list and debarred by decision or not. So the Bidder should have to be attached this document with technical proposal of their Bids document.

8.       A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Regional state Cooperative commission Procurement, Finance and property Administration directorate, Bahir dar Near to Gambl Teaching Hospital ground Floor, up on payment of a none refundable fee birr 500/five hundred birr/ to the address indicated below.

9.       Bidders shall submit two envelopes, 'Qualification information' in one envelope and "Financial Bid and bid security" separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope.

10.   Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State, Cooperative commission Procurement. and Finance and Property Directorate Procurement section, ground Floor Room No. 4 Bahir dar near to Gambi Teaching Hospital. Bids shall be Closed on march 24-2026 G.C/ megabit 15/2018 E.C/ at 4:00 AM Morning and opened at 4:30 AM Morning/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend it. Late bids will be rejected.

11.   The ANRS Cooperative commission reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
