Emarosh Engineering PLC hereby invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the execution of its ahead mentioned Real-estate Projects.

Bid Submission Deadline:

Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on the 15th working day after the date of announcement, before 4:30 PM. Late submissions will be rejected.

1.       Qualification Requirements: Interested bidders must demonstrate:

•         Valid business license for construction renewed for current year.

•         Certificate  of competence from relevant authorities.

•         Proven experience in similar projects within the last five years.

•         Bid Security of Birr 150,000 & 500,000 for Lot 1 & 2 respectively in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee along with their technical bid document.

•         A Qualified bidder can participate in both lots but will be awarded only One Lot. Further details are available in the bidding documents, which can be obtained from the address below starting from the date of announcement upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 500 & 1000 birr for respective lot 1 & 2 Projects.

2.       Bid Opening:

The public bid opening will take place immediately after the submission deadline at Emarosh Engineering PLC's office. Financial proposals will be opened only for bidders who pass the technical evaluation.
