Central Ethiopia Regional State, Guraghe Zone, Abeshige Woreda, Water, Mine & Energy Office Invites Eligible Bidders For Shallow Wells Drilling and Construction

INVITATION FOR WATER WELL DRILLG BID

Client: -Abeshige Woreda Finance Office

Interested Bidders are required to present:

1.       VAT Registration Certificate, Tin number, Trade license on construction service renewed for 2018 E.C. Certificate from ministry of construction renewed for 2018 E.C. Registration certificate in the suppliers list under public procurement and property administration agency.

2.       Clearance from Inland Revenue administration valid with in bid process time.

3.       Bidding will be conducted through a NATIONAL COMPETITVE BIDDING (NCB) procedure specified in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.

4.       Bids shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening.

5.       Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for ninety (90) days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.

6.       A complete set of bidding document can be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licenses with originals from Abeshige finance office in Welkite town, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.

7.       Bids must be delivered to Abeshige Finance Office, at or before 2:00 PM on 16th day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper with wax sealed technical & financial tender, original and copy should submit sepa- rately. Electronic bidding will riot be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

8.       Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the 16th day of this announcement on the newspaper at Abeshige Woreda Finance Office. If there will be public holiday & weekend on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and on the same venue.

9.       Abeshige Woreda Water Mines & Energy Office reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
