Milky Charity Organization hereby invites qualified and legally registered printing presses to submit their technical and financial proposals for the printing of Tombola (Raffle) tickets

INVITATION FOR PRINTING SERVICES

(TOMBOLA / RAFFLE TICKETS)

Milky Charity Organization (MCO) Established in 2016 under registration number 7124. Milky Charity Organization (MCO) is officially recognized by the Federal Civil Society Organizations Authority. MCO is a non-profit organization working to support vulnerable and marginalized communities.

MCO hereby invites qualified and legally registered printing presses to submit their technical and financial proposals for the printing of Tombola (Raffle) tickets. Interested printing presses are required to meet the following requirements:

1.       The printing service will be carried out in Addis Ababa or as agreed with MCO.

2.       The printing press must be legally registered and licensed to operate in Ethiopia.

3.       The bidder must provide a valid TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, and a renewed trade license for the current year.

4.       A company profile with relevant experience in printing services, particularly ticket or security printing, must be submitted.

5.       The technical proposal must clearly describe the printing specifications, materials, design approach, security features (if any), and delivery timeline.

6.       The financial proposal must include a detailed cost breakdown for the printing service.

7.       MCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

Submission Details

Interested printing presses are invited to request detailed information by email using the address provided below. Based on the information received, applicants are required to prepare technical and financial proposals in accordance with the specified criteria and submit all required supporting documents. Completed proposals must be submitted no later than five (5) working days from the date of publication in the newspaper. Proposals may be submitted electronically via the email address indicated below.
