Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of Grinding Mills for the Livelihood Support Intervention for refugees and host community at Akuda Tumet Kebele / Ura Site, Ura Woreda. The procurement includes Diesel Grinding Mills with Andoria-class or equivalent industrial engines and Electric Grinding Mills with ISO & CE certified industrial motors.

Depending on the available budget, GNE reserves the right to procure either one Diesel and one Electric Grinding Mill and one Electric Grinding Mills. Suppliers are required to submit unit prices separately for Diesel and Electric mills.

Eligible bidders must provide the following:

•         Valid and renewed business license

•         VAT registration certificate

•         Tax clearance certificate and TIN

•         Bid security (CPO equivalent to 2% of the total bid price)

•         Written confirmation of capacity to deliver the requested services

Full bid documents, including detailed technical specifications, can be obtained from the GNE Assosa Area Office, Assosa Town, Kebele 4, approximately 100 meters from World Vision along the main road to Assosa University, for a non-refundable fee of ETB 600. Documents will be available from Monday to Friday, February 16 to February 20, 2026, during working hours from 08:00AM to 5:00PM.

Sealed bids must be submitted physically to the GNE Assosa Area Office no later than February 20, 2026, and the bid will be closed at 2:00 PM, and will be opened on the same day at 2:30PM. Electronic or late submissions will not be accepted. Delivery and installation of the Grinding Mills is expected within 5-7 days from the award of the contract.
