1.       The office invites all eligible contractors according to the bidding document criteria's, who would financial and technically capable to furnish the necessary labor, material, and equipment to undertake the above mentioned construction.

2.       Interested bidders should have:

a.       VAT registered certificate

b.       TIN number (TIN Number)

c.       Trade license renewed for current year

d.       Certificate from Minister of Urban development & construction renewed license

e.       Tax clearance from the concerned body

f.        The bidder should bring a letter from Gurage Zone Design and construction department

3.       Complete set of Bidding documents can purchase from the 1st date at which the tender notice is issued on the newspaper up to 30(thirty) calendar days from Cheha woreda Finance & Economy office up on payment of non- refundable fee 500(hundred)Eth. Birr.

4.       Bidder with poor efficiency or more than one project at a hand in Gurage Zone cannot compete for Bid. (will be automatically rejected)

5.       Bidders should provide their bidding documents.

5.1. The original and two copies of technical document shall be in separate was sealed envelopes and marked as

"original technical document "and "copies of technical document "respectively and both original copies including "Bid security "shall be in sealed envelope, 350000Etb.

5.2. The original and two copies of the financial document shall be in separate sealed envelopes and marked as "original financial document "and "copies of financial document" respectively and both original and copies shall be in sealed envelope.

Both documents stated under 5.1&5.2 shall be inside mother -sealed envelope, should be submitted to the cheha woreda Finance & Economy office before 2:00PM on Tuesday /March 17/2026 Late bids will be rejected.
