H&M Yeka Forest Park PLC has invited sealed bids compromising a Technical and Financial proposal separately from eligible bidders for providing the necessary labor, specific materials and equipment for formwork supply and fix of B+G+5 commercial mall building at Yeka, Addis Ababa.
1. Mandatories
a. Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2018 E.C.
b. VAT Registration Certificate
c. TIN Certificate.
d. Valid Tax clearance certificate
e. A valid renewed registration certificate from the Federal or Regional Urban Development and Construction Works Bureau, specifically for GC-3/BC-3, is required for the current year.
2. Bids must include a bid security of ETB 400,000 in the form of a CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee, and remain valid for 90 calendar days after the final submission date.
3. Interested bidders can purchase the bidding documents during working hours starting February 4, 2026, by paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,500.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th Feb, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.
5. H&M Yeka Forest Park PLC. reserves full discretion to accept or reject any bids and may cancel the bidding process at any time without incurring liability to bidders.
