INVITATION FOR BID SOUTH OMO ZONE,

BENATSEMAY WOREDA EDUCATION OFFICE Construction of Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Room National competitive bidding (NCB)

1.       SERS South Omo Zone, Benatsemay Woreda Education Office here by invites wax sealed bids, from qualified and eligible bidders of GC or BC licensed in construction for the Construction of Menstrual- Hygiene Management (MHM) Room

2.       Bidders should present a business license valid for the 2018 E.C and registration certificate for VAT.

3.       Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 300.00/ Three Hundred Birr/ for Purchase Construction of Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Room project document from the Benatsemay Woreda Finance Development Office.

4.       The bidders should fulfill all technical evaluation and evaluation qualification criteria that are attached with in bid document. (The bid document has equal value with that of invitation letter)

5.       Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening

6.       Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of Alte argude Kebele Construction of Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Room project Eth. Birr 20,000 birr/ Twenty Thousand Birr/ of the total bid amount in an acceptable form of (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee), and shall remain valid and open for acceptance for a period of 90 days after the date of bid opening.

7.       Each bid shall be submitted on 21th calendar day from the announcement, if the 21th calendar day lies on Ethiopian holiday, the last date to bid submission will be the next working day at 8:30 PM Local time in the Afternoon at Finance Office, Key Afer.

8.       Each Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives at the last date of bid submission, at 9:00 P.M Local Time Afternoon at Benatsemay Woreda Finance Office.

9.       The Departments reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.

10.   The Bidder Purchase only one bid document
