Mega Printing Plc Would like to invite Bid for:

1.       400kw power generator (Diesel & Solar System)

2.       Wood-free reel paper: 80gsm 24.5cm

3.       Wood-free reel paper: 60gsm 84cn

4.       Art paper 250gsm, 61x86

Thus, Bidders are here by invited to submit technical proposal and financial offer separately in sealed envelopes for the assignment described in the bid document under the Following conditions.

1.       Interested eligible bidders must present their renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate to purchase the bid document.

2.       Interested & eligible bidders should purchase the bid document (RFP) against nonrefundable payment of ETB 400 from Mega Printing PLC located at mega building, room no 103, Bole road, Africa Avenue since the first day the announcement appeared on the newspaper.

3.       Bidders shall submit both original & Copy of the technical and financial proposal for each lots in a separate sealed envelope in one original and one copy. The envelopes containing the proposal should be clearly marked technical or financial as well as copy or original as per the proposal the envelope contained in.

4.       Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price either in CPO or bank guarantee in the name of Mega Printing Plc. or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency of bank guarantee counter-guaranteed by any Commercial bank in the purchaser's country.

5.       The Successful bidder shall furnish unconditional performance bond equals to 10% of the total bid price from recognized bank.

6.       Bidders shall submit & insert the sealed bid proposals into the bid box located at Mega Building, Room Number 106, Bole, Africa-Avenue, Addis Ababa until 11/02/2026 at 1:00 pm in working hours.,

7.       Bid will be closed at 1:00 pm on 11/02/2026

8.       Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 1:30 PM on 11/02/2026 at Mega building, Room No. 110, Bole Road, Africa Avenue

9.       If any question, please informed us in written prior to five days of the closing date.

10.   Mega Printing plc reserves the right to receipt or reject any or all bids.
