1.       Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested G.C & BC of Grade 7 & above as well as Grade 8 Aluminum Door and Window Assembly Work Special Contractor for the Procurement of Aluminum Partition for Cafeteria Storekeeper Office and Supply & Installation of Fiberglass Water Tanker.

2.       Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

I.                     Renewed Trade License

II.                   TIN Certificate

III.                 Tax clearance certificate

IV.                VAT Registration Certificate

V.                  Registration Certificate from responsible public body.

VI.                Competence Certificate

3.       Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from January 14, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300.00 (Birr Three hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Kiamed Building, 1" floor.

4.       Bidders must furnished bid security of birr 20,000.00 (Birr Twenty Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.

5.       Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before January 30, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office, Procurement Directorate Located at Kiyamed Building 1floor.

6.       Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on January 30, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8.       Bidders should present Original and Copy of their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.

9.       The language of the tender is English.
