Oxfam has been implementing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihoods (EFSVL), and Gender and Protection Programs in areas where natural and manmade crises occurring and protracted. OXFAM in Ethiopia invites qualified and competent suppliers for the Construction service, Borehole testing, Pumping and development at the Pinyudo Refugee camp at the Gambella region.

Interested applicants/Suppliers can collect the request for quotation with technical documents (TOR) from OXFAM Ethiopia Program Office, starting from January 12, 2026 at 9:00AM. Applicants are required to carefully read the Terms of Reference (TOR) through the technical document, make a note of the planned timetable, and submit financial and technical proposal in a separate sealed envelope until January 23, 2026 at 1:00pm in the business.
This invitation has been issued for the sole purpose of obtaining quotation or the provision of the product/service requested. OXFAM reserves the right not to enter in to or award contracts as result of this invitation to the quotations. OXFAM also reserves the right to terminate any contract issued as a result of this RFQ as set out in the contract terms and conditions.
