- Hibret Insurance S.C. invites eligible bidders for the supply of 3,000 Imported Executive Diaries: 12.000 Imported Normal Diaries and 15,000 locally printed table calendars for the upcoming Ethiopian New Year 2019 E.C.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering policy and procedures of the company and other relevant laws of the country and it is open to all eligible bidders.
- A complete bidding document shall be obtained from the Company's Headquarters located at Churchill Road, Tewodros Square, Hibret Insurance Building 1st Floor, Cashier's Office, starting from Monday 05 January 2026 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Bidders must present copy of renewed Trade License, VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate.
- Bidders must have a minimum of Three Years Experience in the supply of these Items.
- Bid must be accompanied by Bid Bond of Birr 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO in a separately sealed envelope. The bid shall remain valid for 45 calendar days from opening date. The bid security shall be payable on demand to Hibret Insurance S.C.
- Bid documents must be accompanied with samples on or before the opening date of the bid.
- The technical and financial proposals should be submitted separately with one original and one copy.
- The Bid will be closed on 21 January 2026 at 10:00 am and opened on the same date at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Company's Headquarters.
- The Company reserves the right to to accept or reject the Bid either partially or fully.
