Premier switch Solutions S.C (PSS) hereinafter referred to as ("The Purchaser") is pleased to announce a local Open competitive bid for the Procurement of the under-listed goods &services.

1. 1. A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained by interested bidders upon payment transfer of non- refundable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to our bank account number Hibret bank (1031810070051016), CBE (1000316642528) and/or Awash bank (01304115176700) and collect the document by submitting the bank payment slip to Premier Switch Solutions, Corporate Service Department, 11th Floor Hibret Bank Head Office Building, Hiber Towers, Ras Abebe Aregay Street PHONE NO: 0115571824, 0913797550,0921946995 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. From the date: January 01, 2026, during working hours from Monday to Saturday.
   2. Bidders should provide a copy of eligibility documents (Renewed Trade License & Registration, VAT Certificate, and TIN Certificate).
   3. Bidder should submit a complete bid document to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the Bid name written on the envelope to the Corporate Service Department on or before January 15, 2026, 2:00 P.M. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
   4. Bid Document should be accompanied by a bid Security mentioned above, the bid bond shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee and shall be valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.
   5. Bidders can participate on each LOTS separately and/ or both LOTS at the same time.
   6. Prices quoted shall remain valid for 120 days from the Bid opening date.
   7. The Bids will be opened on January 15, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the PSS meeting room.
   8. PSS reserves the right to partially or totally cancel the bid.
