Le Vie Mekiya Property Development and Hospitals plc is one of the lead investors in Ethiopia and currently working on the development of Amusement & Water Park project in Addis Ababa. The group is engaged in large-scale, mixed-use leisure and entertainment development. As a key player in the regional tourism sector. Le Vie Mekiya Group is currently spearheading the development of Ethiopia's first integrated destination-scale park, featuring a water park, amusement attractions (indoor & outdoor), Commercial Retails and a hotel zone across.

As part of this landmark project. Le Vie Mekiya Property Development invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the Drilling and Construction of one (1) Deep Well within the project compound located in the CMC area, downstream of the newly developed Addis Convention Center, in the metropolitan city of Addis Ababa (our Reference Number: AWP-04/FBC/2025).

1. A complete set of bid document can be obtained during working hours from December 31, 2025 to January 09, 2026 during working hours 08:00 AM- 05:00 PM through either of the following means:

2. Bidders have successfully participated as contractor or sub- contractor in at least 3 (three) contract within the last 3 years, with a value greater than the current bid proposal they are submitting.
3. The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available liquid asset, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit and other financial means to meet the cash flow requirements independent of any contractual advance payments.
4. Bids must be accompanied with renewed business license and registration, VAT, TIN Registration Certificate and have to submit these requirements.
5. Bid Closing: Bidders should submit their offers in sealed envelopes of both technical proposals and financial quotations separately to Le Vie Mekiya office at the Project Site in Addis Ababa or Emails: leviemekiya@gmail.com on or before January 09, 2026 until 4:00 PM.
6. Interested bidders can request clarifications through the above addresses.
7. Bid must be clearly marked by bidder's name, address, legal stamp and Reference Number of the bid AWP-04/FBC/2025.
8. The technical and financial documents should have one original and one copy for each, clearly marked ORIGINAL and COPY. Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the event of any discrepancy between them the original will prevail.

10. Bid Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who prefer to attend at our office on January 09, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
11. LE VIE MEKIYA Property Development and Hospitals pic reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall also be rejected.
