1. Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, invites eligible vendors/suppliers to indicate their Expression of Interest for the acquisition of the President Floor Offices Renovation Design Build Work. Interested Vendors/Suppliers should provide their Expression of Interest demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience as per the request for Expression of Interest.
2. Interested vendors/suppliers shall collect the Request for Expression of Interest for the acquisition of President Floor Offices Renovation Design Build Work document commencing from December 31, 2025, from CBE HQ Building Main Tower, Address: Ras street,36th Room No. 36-09 under facilities management, procurement department during office hours (Monday to Firday from 8:00-12:00 AM; 1:00-4:00 P.M. and Saturday 8:00-12:00 A.M.). or interested applicants may obtain the Terms of Reference (TOR) from the CBE upon logging formal request to the address indicated below.
3. Interested vendors/Suppliers shall be quite sure to state their direct line number, cell phone number, and e-mail address of their organization correctly while collecting the Request for Expression of Interest document.
4. Expression of Interest must be delivered to the address below (in person, or by mail) up to January 15, 2026, in the form of initial proposal as the bidding process is a two stage tendering.
