1. The bidder must be legally registered contractor with a minimum Grade of GC 5/BC-5.
2. Interested eligible bidder should submit VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate Renewed Trade Liscence: Certificate of Competence for the current year 2018 E.C.
3. The Godere Woreda Finance and Economy Development Office now invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of construction of administration building.
4. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders. The evaluation will be conducted using PPA.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from Godere Woreda finance and economy development sector from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 PM.
6. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,500(One thousand five hundred birr only). The method of payment will be in cash or cashers check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.
7. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 200,000(Two hundred thousand birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee.
8. The deadline for the bid submission will be on the 21st working days from the date of bid announcement. The bid will be closed on the same day at bid will 2:00 P.M and will be opened at 2:30 P.M.
9. The office reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
10. To assure that the winner bidder to know this; the Client will not Pay Advance Payment.
