The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church Development and Inter-Church Aid Commission (EOTC DICAC) invites qualified and experienced video production companies to submit bids for the production of a professional video documentary.

The assignment aims to produce high-quality video content that effectively documents project activities, captures impact stories, and supports advocacy, awareness rising. and communication objectives.

Interested applicants have to full fill all the requirements listed below.

• Organizational Foundation as a Mission-Driven Entity: The applicant must be a registered Ethiopian Civil Society Organization (CSO) or local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Proven mandate and portfolio in integrating arts, media, and storytelling into community development, environmental protection. or social advocacy programs are assets.
• Proven experience in documentary and professional video production
• Demonstrated Experience working with International and National Development Partners
• Strong technical capacity on filming, sound, lighting, and editing
• Creative storytelling and script development skills
• Full post-production capability
• Availability of a qualified and experienced production team
• Integration of Artistic Disciplines into Documentary Storytelling
• Ethical. Participatory, and Community-Centered Production Methodology: Applicants must outline a clear ethical framework and participatory methodology for engaging communities, faith-based institutions, and vulnerable groups in the film making process.

Applicant must have renewed license, registration certificate. VAT, Tin and tax clearance from the relevance authority

Eligible bidders are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals enclosed in separate sealed, signed and stamped envelope in accordance with the bid requirements specified in the bidding document.
