Requirements and instructions:
- Bidders must submit
- Renewed trade license (valid for the year of 2018 E.C)
- Vat registration certificate
- Tax clearance certificate
- Supplier registration certificate
- Warranty not less than one (1) year
- Experience requirements
- Bidder must demonstrate proven experience in performing at least two (2) similar contracts with in the last five (5) years.
- Bidding documents
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from the address below upon submission of written application and payment of nonrefundable fee of ETB 3,000
- Bid submissions
- Bid must be delivered to SRS Danot woreda finance office no later than 7/4/2018 E.C to 14/4/2018 E.C. late bids will be rejected.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative at 10:30 AM on the same day at Danot finance office
