Invitation to Bid (For the construction work of Administration Building)

AMG STEEL FACTORY is looking to invite tenders for the construction work of 2B+G+5 ADMINISTRATION OFFICE BUILDING Structural work Gelan area.

Accordingly, bidders BC/GC Grade 1 level may obtain the tender documents against a non- refundable fee of Birr 500.00 from AMG Corporate office, Gelan, adjacent to African Oil fuel Station, from December 22, 2025 to December 31, 2025 during office hours (Monday to Saturday 8:00am- 12:00pm and 1:30-5:00pm) by presenting copies of Renewed Business License, Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.

Tenders dully filled must be accompanied by:

• Renewed Business License and Qualification certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate
• Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials
• Bid security in the form of CPO as specified in the bid document

Bidders fill the tender document and seal it with wax in accordance with the instructions of the fender and shall deposit in the fender box prepared for this purpose at AMG Corporate office. Gelan, adjacent to African Oil Fuel Station from January 1, 2026 to January 9, 2026 during office hours (8:00am-12:00pm and 1:30-5:00pm. Except Sunday). The date for the site visit will be from January 1, 2026 to January 3. 2026 during office hours (morning 8:00am - 12:00pm.)

Bid will be closed on January 9, 2026 at 5:00pm.

Bidders should submit one original and two copies of their Technical and Financial Documents separately.

Bids will be opened on January 10, 2026 at the same place at 10:00am in the morning in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
