Dandi Woreda Agriculture and land Office intend to apply part of allocated budget of Food System Resilience Program financed by World Bank (IDA) toward the cost of construction works of 5 (five) of Micro house hold Irrigation Projects. Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land office now invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for Construction works of the 5 (five) micro household’s irrigation projects.

Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land office; now invites Drilling contractor to submit a sealed bid for providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment for construction and completion of above irrigation project.

1. 1. Invited bidders should fulfill the following requirements and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance;
      1. Domestic bidders shall have a certificate of competency from Ethiopian Construction Authority or appropriate regional construction authority with category Drilling contractor.
      2. Commercial registration certificate,
      3. Renewed trade license for the bidding period,
      4. Tax clearance certificate which is valid for bid submission date that permit the bidders to participate in any public tenders,
      5. TIN and VAT registration certificates
   2. The bidding will be conducted through a national competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations.
   3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land office.
   4. A complete set of bidding document prepared by English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to Dendi Woreda finance office and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of 2000.00 (two thousand birr) on cash for this project, starting from the date of this notice.
   5. The bidders shall submit one original and two copies for both technical proposal and financial offer. The technical proposal shall be sealed in such a way that "one Technical original", "Technical copy-1", "Technical copy-2" and "bid security" each of these shall be sealed in separated envelopes and labeled as "one original document", "technical copy -1", "technical copy-2" and "bid security" respectively and then placed in another outer envelope and labeled as "Technical document and Bid security". Financial proposal will be sealed in such a way that "one financial original", "financial copy-1" and "financial copy-2" each of these to be sealed in separate envelopes and labeled as "financial original, "financial copy-1 and financial copy-2 respectively; then placed in another outer envelopes and labeled as "Financial offer". Then the bidder should submit both envelopes (Technical documents and financial documents) in one Single Mother envelope which labeled as "both technical and financial documents".
   6. Bid must be delivered to address below on or before 20/01/2026 G.C at 10:00 A.M. (morning). All bids must be accompanied by bid security indicated in table bellows.

1. 7. Late bid will be automatically rejected.
   8. Bid Documents of the bidders will be opened by Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land Office and a bid opening Committees of officials in the presence of bidders representative who choose to attend on the same date 20/01/2026 G.C at 10:30 A.M. (morning time).
   9. A bid security in the form of cash payment order (CPO) or unconditional bank guaranties must be submitted as stated above, in the name of Dendi Woreda Finance office.
   10. The bid validity shall be: ninety (90) calendars day after the latest date for submission of bid.
   11. The Dendi Woreda Agriculture and Land Office reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annual the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders
