Amigos SACCO, established under Proclamation No. 985/2016 (2005 E.C.), invites eligible and qualified organizations to participate in a bid for the conversion and implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

As part of its transition from the previous financial reporting format to IFRS, Amigos SACCO seeks to collaborate with experienced firms to undertake the following tasks:

1. Full IFRS Conversion
2. IFRS Training for staffs
3. IFRS consulting Full IFRS Conversion and implementation

Requirements: -

• Possess a valid practicing license from the appropriate regulatory authority (e.g., Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia - AABE).
• Hold a renewed trade license.
• Provide a Taxpayer Identification Certificate and/or VAT Registration Certificate, as applicable.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in conducting IFRS conversion and implementation of similar size and complexity, preferably within the SACCO or financial cooperative sector.
• Have a qualified expert team with expertise, credentials and experience (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• The bidder shall submit two sealed envelopes; one sealed envelope of Technical/Legal documents and other with financial offer and both shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labelled as financial and technical.
• Show independence and objectivity in line with professional ethical standards. Submit a Bid Security (Bond) in the amount of ETB 20,000.00, in the form of a CPO issued by a recognized bank.

The bid will be open for submission to the Office for 15 consecutive working days starting from the date of the announcement's publication, and it will be opened at 3:00 p.m. local time on the final day.
