Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau has received Grant fund from the world bank towards the cost of Development Response to Displacement Impact Project Phase Two (Asgede and Tsimbla )

(DRDIP II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to wards payments under the contract for the construction of communal wells in five woredas (Tahtay adyabo, Sheraro Adidearo

Procurement of: Construction of communal wells in Tahtay adyabo, Sheraro, Adidearo, Asgede and Tsimbla Woredas.

Project locations and types are listed in the table below.

1. 1. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a request for bids (RFB) as specified in the world Banks "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers/ Grants" fifth edition September 2023 "Procurement Regulations", and is open to all bidders as specified in the procurement Regulations.
   2. Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders (contractors) fulfilling and submit the following requirements
      1. Renewed trade license of 2018 Ethiopian fiscal year. The bidder Must possess a trade license from Ministry of water and irrigation and Energy from Bureau of Water and Energy and It will be Category of WWC-4 and above
      2. Copies of VAT registration certificate and TIN number
      3. Tax clearance Which states its eligibility to participate in public bids at least at the deadline for the submission of bids.

   3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further from Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the address given below
   4. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
   5. A11 Bids must be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr ETB 675,000 in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office at or before bid closing date at (9:00 A.m……. /2026.
   6. Bids must be delivered to the address below; at or before (9:00 A.M......./2026 bidders should offer one original and two Copy of technical and financial Bids sealed separately and enclosed in one other envelope in accordance with the requirements presented in the bid data sheet.
