Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite eligible bidders for the procurement of "Lot; -1 Button Bit, Triconebit & Hammer Cylinder" Lot;2 Surface Casing & Lot-3 Non Baroid Foam for Galan Drilling Projects.
Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply of the items required to be purchased in local currency.
- Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg, Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance letter can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four hundred) in cash.
- Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 300,000.00(Three hundred thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee.
- Bidders should ensure that the products submitted with their bid include a clear statement of compliance with Environmental Protection measures or an eco-friendly product description. Along with addition statement showing conformity with occupational Safety and Health (OHS) requirements to safeguard workers from potential hazards
- Original Financial Proposal & Copy Sealed and Stamped Separately & Original technical Proposal & Copy Sealed and Stamped Separately.
- Bid will be closed on January 6/2026 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. let bids will be reject.
- OCC reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Partially or the entire bid.
