INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) REFERENCE NO: RDV/JIJIGA/2025/ITT/04

Relief and Development for Vulnerable (RDV) is non-governmental, non-Profit making, non-political and non-religious Civil Society Organization (CSO), initiated by multidisciplinary pastoral youth, committed to contribute to living condition of marginalized, vulnerable and fragile part of pastoral community.

RDV has received fund from different Donors for the implementation of Humanitarian and Development Projects intended to support of the vulnerable communities in Somali Region".

The purpose of this advertisement is to engage service providers to enter into Framework Agreements for the provision of light vehicle rental services for RDV operations in the Somali region for the period of 1 Year and hereby invites potential suppliers to pick up tender documents and submit the sealed ITT documents in person to Logistics department from Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5:00pm at RDV Jig-jiga office, Near Somali Region Pastoral and Agro-pastoral Research institute (SoRPARI), Kebele 10, Somali Region, Ethiopia

Eligibility Documents

• Valid Business License, VAT, Tax Payers and tax clearance Certificates
• Bid Security in the name of "RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT FOR VULNERABLE" amounting to ETB 100,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for a period of at least 3 months starting from the date of tender submission must be in a separate envelope on the Original Technical.

The tendering is from December 8-22, 2025. The deadline for picking the tender documents is December 22, 2025, 4:00 pm and submission of tender is December 23, 2025, 10:00AM. Bids shall be opened at the RDV Jigjiga office on December 24, 2025, 11:00 Am.

Clarification Requests: All clarification requests should be submitted to procurement@rdveth.org , before the clarification deadline, as set out in the Timescales section of this ITT.
