Nehco Trading Pvt. Ltd. Co., owner of Century Mall is one of Addis Ababa's largest and most modern shopping complex.

1. 2. About the Assignment

Nehco Trading Pvt.Ltd. Co. (century Mall) invites qualified and licensed consulting firms to submit sealed bids for Consultancy Services to Review and Audit the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) implemented by the company. The selected firm will be evaluated based on both technical and financial proposals.

1. 3. Scope of Work

The consultancy services include:

• Reviewing all QMS documents for completeness and ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Conducting an implementation audit
• Providing improvement recommendations
• Verifying the internal team's clearance report
• Full Terms of Reference (TOR) and evaluation criteria are included in the tender document.

1.  Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must submit:

• Renewed business license
• Evidence of relevant experience (QMS/ISO auditing or compliance)
• Recommendation letters
• Proof of capacity to complete the assignment within the required timeline

2. Time Frame

The consultancy assignment must be completed within one (1) month.

3. Proposal Requirements

Technical Proposal

• Methodology and approach
• Team qualifications
• Work plan and schedule
• Relevant past experience

Financial Proposal

• Total consultancy fee (including taxes)
• Payment terms

5. Rights of the Company

Nehco Trading Pvt.Ltd. Co. reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel the tender entirely or partially, or modify the process at any stage without providing reasons.
