The Gambella Regional State Bureau of Planning and Development hereby invites eligible and qualified consultancy firms to submit sealed bids for the Consultancy Service for Comprehensive Resource Mapping in Gambella Regional State.

The assignment includes integrated mapping and assessment of natural, socio-economic, cultural, environmental, and investment resources using GIS, Remote Sensing, field surveys, spatial modeling, and participatory approaches, covering all zones and woredas of the region. Key outputs include high-resolution thematic maps, a harmonized geospatial database, analytical reports, a regional resource atlas, and a final consolidated report.

Eligible bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience and provide evidence of at least one similar assignment in Ethiopia or the region. Firms must propose a multidisciplinary team with expertise in GIS/RS, natural resources, hydrology, soil science, ecology, geology, socio-economics, cultural heritage, climate risk, and ICT. Interested bidders may obtain the complete bid document and Terms of Reference from the Bureau during working hours upon submission of a written request. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, along with required legal documents, company profile, evidence of experience, and CVs of proposed experts.

Bid Submission Deadline: two week of official call

All bids must be delivered to the address below before the deadline. Late submissions will be automatically rejected.

Bid Opening Date and Time: in the date of submission

Bids will be opened at the Bureau in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.

The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
