Invitation for

EXPRESSION of INTEREST Bid for Architect's Services

Nib International Bank S.C. has acquired a lease-plot in Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 10 for the purpose of constructing a Multi-Use Building. The architect to be commissioned with the design of the building will be selected through a quality and cost- based selection (QCBS) procedure, with a limited design input.

The scope of services shall consist of a full design development submission and rendering comprehensive services for further design and contract management work required by the project delivery method selected by the Client.

Foreign firms and registered local design firms are invited to participate in the bid. The instruction sheet and forms may be collected from the registration desk by submitting a neatly typed slip bearing the applicants seal and the following information:

The registration desk is located on the 26th Floor of Nib International Bank Headquarters Building.

Expressions of Interest shall be delivered in two copies to the address above on or before the close of business on 27 December 2025 at 11 AM.

In accordance with Eol procedures, 6 FINALISTS will be screened and invited to participate in the bid for architect's services. Applicants will be screened on the basis of the contents of the letter of expression of interest and the attachments. Only applicants that have passed the screening process will be contacted to register for the bid.
