1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested B.C /or G.C grade 7 and above for the Procurement of the Ambo Branch Manager Residence maintenance and Fence work.
2. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document:
   1. Renewed Trade License
   2. TIN Certificate
   3. VAT Registration Certificate
   4. Tax clearance certificate
   5. Registration Certificate from government body
3. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from December 15, 2025 upon payment of non-refundable Birr 300.00(Birr Three Hundred only) to Corporate Branch office Tower II, ground floor and collect the bid documents in soft copy from Procurement Directorate located at Kia-Med Building, 1 floor through your Email Address.
4. The bidders shall inform the bank in person, if they could not receive the bid document through their mail address within one (01) day after purchased the bid document from the bank. Otherwise, the bank is not accountable.
5. Bidders must furnished bid security of birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.
6. Bidders are advisable to visit the site at Ambo Branch Office from December 22-26/ 2025 during working Hours
7. Bid Proposal shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose before /or on December 30, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Procurement Directorate located at Kia-med Building, 1 floor.
8. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on December 30, 2025 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
9. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office, Procurement Directorate located at Kia-Med Building, 1st floor Tel. +25111524 4090. + Ext. 378 and/or 805.
10. Bidders should present their Original and Copy of Technical, Financial proposals and Bid Bond separately in sealed envelope.
11. The language of the tender is English.
12. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
