1. Yegna Bet Housing Cooperative LTD here by invites eligible and qualified bidders for the construction of works of 2B+G+13+T Mixed Use Apartment Building.
2. Invitation is for all Contractors GC-2/BC-1 and above.
3. A complete set of document can be purchased up on submission of written application and original document with its copies of, Tin Number, VAT registered certificate, proof of their up to date registered certificate from Authorized Business Licenser, Supplier list Registration on PPA Websites (eGP Suppliers List), Ministry of Construction registration certificate, renewed Trade License and Tax Clearness Certificate from concerning Authority (at least for 2017 EFY) and up on payment of nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,000 (One thousand birr).
4. Bid must be delivered to the address shown on the bid data sheet at 2:00 PM and all bids must be accompanied by bid security of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand). Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attend on the same place and Date as bid submission at 2:30 PM in addressee #8 below:
5. Bidders may obtain further information from. and inspect the bidding document at the address indicated on #8 below;
6. Bid shall be valid to a period of 90 days after bid opening. And the bid will be active for 15 calendar days counted from the bid notification from its first date of advertisement in the newspaper. If the submission and opening day doesn't fall on the working day, the bid opening and closing shall be held on the next working day at the same place and time (please be aware that Saturday is not considered a working day).
7. The bid security shall be in the form of a certified cheque of first payable order (CPO) or an unconditional bank guarantee by any Ethiopian bank.

10. Yegna Bet Housing Cooperative LTD will not accept any rebates from selected items of work and if bidder wants to give rebate it must be from the total sum.
11. Yegna Bet Housing Cooperative Ltd. Reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must complete, sign, and seal all required forms in the bid document as per the bid instruction. Failure to comply will result in automatic disqualification from the tender.
