1. 1. Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) on behalf of Oromia regional public bodies has a mandate to procure goods and services having funds with the procuring entity's budget for the procurement of common user goods and services; Procurement of different types Office Furniture used for Oromia regional public bodies with framework contract for the period of one year.
   2. Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of 23 items. The details of the description of the items are found in the bidding document.
   3. Delivery of goods and services shall be at the premises of the supplier warehouse in Finfinnee or Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
   4. The Amount of bid security required shall be 1% of the total bid price in Ethiopian Bin (ETB) NB: If the total bid security exceeds bin five hundred thousand (ETB 500,000.00), the bidder shall reduce the amount to five hundred thousand (ETB 500,000.00).
   5. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures under framework contract agreement contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
   6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency (OPPPDA) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 A.M (morning) and 1:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Afternoon).
   7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Bin 500.00 (five hundred birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
   8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before December 26, 2025. Before 11:00 A.M. (morning). Bid will be opened on December 26, 2025 at 11:15 A.M. (morning) in the presence of the bidder's/representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall be rejected.
