Ethiopian Airlines Group (ETG) intends to invite qualified GC/BC-3 and above Contractors for the Construction of Security Fence at Regional Airports: Jinka, Gode, Axum, Arbamich, Kebridahar, Lalibela and Gambela Airports.

The bid is open to all locally registered contractors which have local trade license to participate on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and any legally established bidders in Ethiopia with renewed Trade License for the current year, a VAT registration certificate, a Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN), and Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids can get the tender document.

The project shall be completed within 180 Calendar days.

Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until the bid closing date stated below by depositing a non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch, referring to this tender number SSNT-T592 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277 (E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company business name, contact person, phone number, and bid announcement number to the below email address and will get the tender document by return email.

Bidders shall furnish a bid security in the form of a CPO or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group from any recognized local banks. Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted. The bid security shall be valid for a period of 150 Calendar days after tender opening. Ethiopian Airlines Group has the right to request the Bidder to extend the validity period of the proposal for additional days.

Bidders must submit their sealed bid document in separate envelopes, i.e., (Technical Proposal (Original and Copy), Financial Offer (Original and Copy), and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical Section until January 09, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. The Bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, Bid opening room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
