Our mission is to improve the living standards of people who cannot meet their basic needs by strengthening capacity to meet those needs and responding to emergency situations where necessary.

In order to support our WASH program in Tigray Region, Concern Worldwide- Ethiopia invites bid from eligible and competent construction companies to participate in various rehabilitation works in different Woredas/ Kebeles of the region.

• 1. Bidders should make themselves aware of and comply with the following conditions. The underlisted documents MUST be included in your bid proposal:
• Valid business license, signed and stamped tenderer's declaration, Clear Copy of Owner(s) ID, copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate
  2. Bidders are required to sign tenderer's declaration, and it should be submitted along with the technical bid proposal
  3. Bids shall be submitted with separately sealed and stamped envelopes -technical proposal and financial proposal (two separate envelopes) to the above address on or before, 24th December 2025 at 10:00 am
  4. The bids will be opened in Concern Worldwide Country Office - Addis Ababa on 24th December 2025, at 10:30am with the presence of bidders or legal representatives
  5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from our transport & Logistics unit in any of working hours before the closing date
  6. Failure to comply any of the condition from (2 & 3) above shall result in automatic rejection also Concern is not bound to accept late, unsealed or incomplete bids
  7. Bidders are advised to read the tender dossier carefully
  8. Concern Worldwide-Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
