It was registered with charity & Society authority in accordance with Charities and Societies Proclamation No. 621/2009 on June 25, 2013 with certificate bearing number 3075. Ever since it's established in 2013 in Ethiopia, IHS has been engaged in a wide range of poverty reduction and development activities and becoming one of the few, charity organization in the country.
