Video and Photography Services

Habesha Cement S.C(HCSC) hosts a General Assembly (AGM) with its shareholders every year and is seeking qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for photography and videography services to cover the upcoming event in 2026 G.C.

HCSC now invites interested and qualified service providers with respect to the following requirements;

• Provide professional photography coverage of the entire meeting.
• Record high-quality video of all sessions and key moments.
• Deliver edited photos and videos within two weeks after the event.
• Ensure audio clarity and proper lighting during video recording
• Provide digital copies of all raw and edited materials.

HCSC will evaluate the submissions based on the following criteria:

• Demonstrate prior experience in covering corporate meetings/events.
• Provide at least 3 references from past related events and the quality of samples provided
• Have the necessary equipment and technical expertise.
• Financial proposal for the required service (competitive pricing)

Bids from interested service providers must be submitted on or before 10:00 AM on 11th December 2025. Any submissions later than that will not be considered. Any inquiries and/or further information's related to the submission shall be communicated to the address provided in the below.
